STRIANESE – Dal 1965 coltiviamo la nostra passione per il buon pomodoro!

Oggi Strianese è una  società cooperativa agricola con 16 soci, che riunisce 4 cooperative, per un totale complessivo di oltre 500 produttori agricoli ed una superficie coltivata di circa 400 ettari.

Un pò di storia: “Ricostituire la naturale vocazione della sua terra” questa è l’intuizione fatta nel 1965 da Luigi Rega, che iniziò la sua attività agricola dedicandosi alla produzione del pomodoro San Marzano DOP dell’Agro Nocerino-Sarnese.

Questo suolo vivo, raccolto tra monti Picentini e monti Lattari, su cui si affaccia maestoso il Vesuvio, beneficia dell’influenza del mare e presenta condizioni edafiche eccellenti per la coltivazione del pomodoro San Marzano DOP. Il legame e il rispetto per il proprio territorio, la forma mentis imprenditoriale di Luigi Rega e la capacità di questa famiglia di rinnovare l’antico mestiere dell’agricoltura sono motivo e sostanza della crescita e del successo della piccola impresa a conduzione familiare, oggi realtà imprenditoriale a livello internazionale curata da Guglielmo, Grazio, Tullio, Gerardo e Salvatore, che grazie alla profonda conoscenza del settore conserviero, riescono realizzare una filiera corta, provvedendo autonomamente alla trasformazione industriale del pomodoro su larga scala, senza affidare l’incarico a terzi.
